Role Description
This is a full-time, in-office role for a Junior Advocate at Ventha Law Firm. The advocate will be primarily responsible for legal drafting, case preparation, and active participation in court proceedings. The role requires close coordination with senior advocates, thorough legal research, preparation of pleadings, and regular court appearances.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting legal documents including plaints, written statements, affidavits, petitions, counters, rejoinders, notices, and case briefs
Assisting in preparation and filing of cases before Courts, DRT, NCLT, and other judicial forums
