Overview
You are a detective investigating client web analytics data to shape our understanding of what is happening on their website.
Department: Analytics
Location: Remote Philippines (Pampanga)
Compensation: $800 - $1,200 / month
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis : Study client website data and create reports using Google Sheets, Analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics 4), CRM tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Data Issue Analysis : Detect data anomalies and find root causes.
- Requirements Gathering : Communicate with project managers to adjust key reports tailored to specific client needs.
- Organization : Maintain a database of reports to ensure up-to-date documentation.
- Opportunity Spotting : Use data analysis to find the best opportunities on the client page for A/B testing.
