Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle for the products distributed by the company.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales application support, analysing customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver application or solution proposals based on customer specifications.
• Offer technical and application support, addressing customer enquiries and issues via phone or email.
• Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations for customers.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Use in-depth product knowledge to showcase product benefits and demonstrate how they outperform competing solutions.
• Maintain close communication with product principals and relay customer feedback for service or product improvements.
• Deliver value-added support to meet customer needs and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
