About the Role

The Junior Application Support Engineer is an integral part of the existing NOC Team and will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining an organization's application and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. They proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues to prevent disruptions and support continuous business operations.
