Architect plans, designs, and supervises the construction of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings, transforming concepts into functional, safe, and aesthetic structures. They manage projects from initial client briefing through to final construction, including preparing drawings, CAD/BIM models, cost estimates, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning: Create, edit, and present architectural designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models using CAD/Revit software.Client Consultation: Meet with clients to define project requirements, constraints, and budget.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.Project Management: Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to oversee structural, electrical, and mechanical integration.Site Supervision: Visit construction sites to verify progress, materials, and quality align wi...
