Junior Architect( BLR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of workplace projects from concept to execution
• Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
• Work on detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision
• Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required
• Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
• Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
• Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and visualization skills
• Ability to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the studio culture
