Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledgeable in space planning and architectural layout
  • Basic understanding of the National Building Code of the Philippines (NBCP) and other applicable building codes
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Skilled in SketchUp 3D modelling
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to follow instructions, design standards, and company guidelines
  • Effective time management and task prioritization skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
