Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Trivandrum. The architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, from initial concept through completion. Daily tasks include creating architectural designs, collaborating with project teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing various aspects of project development. The role also involves meeting with clients to understand their requirements and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design are essential
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration in architectural contexts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Professional licensure as an architect is preferred
- Experience in residential, commercial, or urban development projects is beneficial
