Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead design teams to create a diverse range of design collaterals, including key visuals, brand identity systems, motion graphics, and social media communication designs.
- Develop strategically sound conceptual work aligned with client business goals and bring ideas to life through strong leadership and effective execution.
- Stay informed of current design trends, concepts, and innovations in advertising, while encouraging team members to continuously upskill and explore new ideas.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to the team, collaborating across functions to resolve creative and execution challenges.
- Interpret design briefs accurately and contribute ideas through collaborative discussions with peers and junior designers.
- Lead concept presentations and discussions with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Deliver unique, innovative, and effective design solutions tailored to client needs.
- Mentor junior team members by establishing workshops, processes, and learning systems that promote continuous development and upskilling.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring quality output while meeting deadlines.
