Our founder and Managing Director, Lucía Tapia Altamirano, serves as National Legal Commissioner at the Consejo Coordinador de Mujeres Empresarias, Advisory Board Member for FemTech Mexico, and Pro Bono Attorney for Ta Tewe Omero STEAM Program. Full-time (on-site, hybrid, or remote) junior associate in corporate law handling legal research, contract analysis, due diligence on commercial transactions, document drafting, client meetings, and complex matters support. Bilingual skills in client communications and legal interpretation for USA and EU clients required. You'll develop proficiency with Enterprise level AI-powered legal tools, work on international cases across three jurisdictions, contribute to pro bono initiatives, and develop expertise in energy law, beneficial ownership structures, and notarial services. We're looking for recent law graduates or 0–2 years' experience, bilingual Spanish/English (fluent), with strong legal research, analytical thinking, excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and comfort with enterprise-level AI tools and Microsoft applications. You're results-oriented, care about law with purpose—supporting women entrepreneurs, advancing justice, or expanding STEAM opportunities—and passion for women in law or STEAM strengthens fit. You build competence through meaningful mentorship—three years of skills in eighteen months. Work flexibility measured by deliverables.
