Location: Gurgaon (Gurugram)
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

SBNRI is on a mission to simplify financial life for NRIs worldwide. We’re looking for a Junior Backend Developer from a Tier 1,2 engineering college to join our fast-growing fintech startup and build scalable backend systems.
- Strong backend engineering in Python (designing services, APIs, and data pipelines)
- Database design and data modeling (SQL + NoSQL) with clear tradeoffs
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code
- System design: scalability, reliability, performance, caching, and async processing
- Debugging + production readiness (logs, monitoring, incident handling)
- Ownership mindset: drives features end‑to‑end and improves team quality
Nice‑to‑have
- Django/DRF (but not mandatory)
- MongoDB/Postgres experience
- Cloud basics (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, Docker
