Are you experienced in banking operations, investment support, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling client calls?
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day banking administrative operations
- Handle and route client phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Support processes related to payments, validations, and transaction follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely operations
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of experience in banking, financial services, administrative roles or CSR
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence handling calls
