Administrative & Client Support Role

Are you experienced in banking operations, investment support, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling client calls?


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day banking administrative operations
  • Handle and route client phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Support processes related to payments, validations, and transaction follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely operations


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in banking, financial services, administrative roles or CSR
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence handling calls
  • Proactive mindset with a strong customer service orientation
