Job Description
Banking Operations Specialist is a junior level role supporting execution of complex transactions and participating in complex processes. The overall objective is to support all regular Deposit and Fiduciary products, Money Market transactions, and related settlement activities.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Process all Deposit and Fiduciary products, including the execution and settlement of money market instruments and related payment activities
+ Ensure transactions are processed efficiently, act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and recommend process improvements
+ Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis, experience on the job and procedural knowledge
+ Oversee pending cases and ensure that all unresolved cases are brought to completion.
+ Perform daily reconciliation and matching of Nostro items, following up on outstanding items
