We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper & General Administrative Assistant to support daily financial record-keeping and office administration. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling bookkeeping tasks alongside general office duties in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping Duties:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Prepare invoices and process payments
  • Maintain organized financial files and documentation
  • Assist with payroll support and expense tracking
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting
