Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Specialties team at Marsh. This role will be based in Porto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
At Marsh Portugal, our Marine Brokers provide customized insurance solutions for clients in the maritime sector, including shipowners, cargo operators, and marine service providers. They play a key role in assessing risks related to vessels, cargo, and marine liabilities, negotiating with insurers to secure optimal coverage, and supporting clients throughout the insurance process, including claims management.
We are looking for a motivated Junior Marine Broker to join our team. In this role, you will support senior brokers by assisting with client portfolio management, conducting risk assessments, preparing insurance proposals, and liaising with insurers. This role offers valuable hands-on experience to develop your skills in marine insurance and client service.
