Description
This role partners closely with the Business Analyst Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to support the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes and systems. The Jr Business Analyst contributes across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, release support, documentation, and end-user training. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and eager to grow their business analysis skill set while contributing to high-impact initiatives across the organization.
