Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for a proactive, diligent candidate
to join the team to manage and maintain web/mobile applications within the education industry:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, development, testing, and deployment of web and mobile applications, ensuring end-to-end delivery aligned with business goals.
• Maintain and enhance content management systems (CMS), ensuring timely updates and optimal performance.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks to uphold high standards of user experience and accessibility.
• Monitor application performance using modern analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Sitefinity Analytics) and recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Provide user support for website navigation, content discovery, and issue resolution through helpdesk or self-service channels.
• Champion consistent and intuitive user experience across platforms and devices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations, updates, and change logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Jira).
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA, GDPR) in application design and user data handling.

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Min 1-3 years of experience in application consulting, web development, or CMS administration.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and CMS platforms (e.g., Sitefinity, WordPress, Drupal).
• Hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience in remote collaboration.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
