The Junior Camp Counsellor is a supportive, entry-level role focused onassistingCamp Counsellors and program staff in the delivery of accessible, inclusive programming for all guests (children, youth, adults, seniors, and families). This role is designed for youth staff who are developing foundational skills in camper care, communication, and inclusive recreation. The Junior Camp Counsellor supports guest experience and camper safety while working under the direct supervisionof Camp Counsellors, Senior Counsellors, and Section Heads.
