We’re looking for a Junior Category Manager who’s ready to take ownership of their categories and make an impact. In this role, you will deliver customer focused ranges and promotions that set us apart from the competition while driving financial KPIs. You willl work with growing independence, managing day-to-day activities, identifying opportunities, and making sound commercial decisions.

Range Reviews: Assist in the end to end review process to ensure our shelves (physical and digital) reflect what customers want.
Data Translation: Move beyond just running reports. You will analyse sales data and market trends (Nielsen/IRI) to recommend range deletions and additions.
Supplier Relations: Support negotiations and build collaborative relationships with key vendors to secure the best promotional programs.
