Job Description

For one of our leading industrial clients, we’re looking for an experienced Junior Category Manager Packaging ready to grow . Scope: drive sourcing strategy across Europe, with a strong focus on cost optimization, sustainability, supplier performance, and innovation .

Key focus:

  • Developing and deploying the European Packaging category strategy
  • Driving TCO optimization and value creation across sub-categories (Flexibles, FIBCs, Corrugated)
  • Leading supplier selection, negotiations, and performance management
  • Partnering closely with internal stakeholders and packaging buyers
  • Managing risk, supply continuity, and sustainability initiatives

Category scope: ~€10m spend - ~25 suppliers
