  • Support end-to-end change management activities from initiation through implementation and sustainment.
  • Apply change management methodologies and general management practices across initiatives of varying size and complexity.
  • Analyze the scope and impact of change across people, processes, technology, financials, and risk dimensions.
  • Monitor change adoption and effectiveness, addressing issues as they arise.
