Junior civil engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer (Civil) to support project execution, site supervision, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site experience, estimation knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with government and private authorities. This role requires flexibility and willingness to travel to project locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in site supervision and daily project activities
- Prepare and review drawings using CAD software
- Support in quantity estimation, BOQs, and costing
- Coordinate with government and private bodies for approvals and site requirements
- Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
- Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution
- Travel to different project sites as required
Skills & Requirements:
- Familiarity with Auto CAD / CAD tools
- Basic knowledge of estimation and billing
- Hands-on experience in site supervision
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Education:
- Diploma / B. Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Salary Range:
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
