Junior Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager Assistant to join a high-performing relationship management team at a a well-established Swiss Private Bank. In this role, you will act as a trusted operational partner, supporting Client Relationship Managers so they can focus on delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to an international client base. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and a consistently outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor client accounts, payments, cards, and e-banking
• Execute client orders (equities, bonds, FX, funds)
• Prepare reports, statements, and confirmations
• Implement and oversee discretionary mandates
• Conduct KYC checks, maintain documentation, and coordinate internally
• Support account openings and handle complex structures
• Assist with marketing and investment initiatives
