Junior Cloud Developer (Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and microservices using Python or Node.js

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices

2. Collaboration & Issue Resolution

• Work closely with product owners and other developers to define and deliver new features

• Troubleshoot and debug issues in development and production environments

3. Code Quality & Testing

• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality

• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure stability and performance

4. Documentation

• Maintain clear and concise documentation for code, APIs, and systems

• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and wikis

5. CI/CD & DevOps Support

• Work with DevOps and Cloud teams to integrate and support CI/CD pipelines

• Assist in deployments and environment management

6. Learning & Growth

• Stay up-to-date with modern backend technologies and frameworks

• Actively seek feedback and opportunities to improve skills

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of backend development experience; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficiency in Python or Node.js

• Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend development practices

• Familiarity with version control (Git)

• Basic knowledge of cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Strong analytical and debugging skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Amenable to work in a remote set up

Nice to have

• Cloud Certification

• Exposure to databases (SQL or NoSQL)

• Familiarity with Docker or containerization

• Experience working in Agile teams
