Junior Compliance / ISMS Support Executive

Role Objective

To support ISMS and SOC 2 operations by assisting in evidence collection, documentation, and compliance tracking, ensuring timely audit readiness and smooth coordination with internal teams.

This role is execution-focused and ideal for a fresher or junior professional looking to build a career in Information Security, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain SOC 2 audit evidence (monthly/quarterly)

• Support evidence collection for:

o Access reviews

o Change management records

o Incident logs

o Backup and monitoring records

o Vendor compliance documents

• Follow up with internal departments for required audit artifacts

• Maintain and update compliance trackers and evidence repositories

• Capture screenshots, logs, and system outputs as audit evidence
