Purpose of the Role

To provide dedicated administrative support for document control, compliance checks, SOP development, and ISO preparation. This role ensures that documentation is accurate, compliant, and well‑maintained, enabling senior staff to focus on strategic outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Controlled Document Register (40%)

  • Maintain and update the Controlled Document Register (770+ documents).
  • Coordinate with departments to identify missing or outdated documents.
  • Develop and implement a consistent naming convention across the organisation.
  • Ensure version control and document lifecycle processes are followed.
