JUNIOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Overview

The Junior Supervisor supports the facilitation and execution of construction projects. Working under the direct mentorship of Senior Superintendents, you will help maximize profit, ensure site safety, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Support : Work closely with Senior Superintendents to participate in pre-construction meetings with the Construction Manager and Estimators.
• Operations & Scheduling : Assist Senior Superintendents in executing project schedules; ensure the efficient management of manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Administration & Reporting : Ensure all Daily Inspection reports are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Review and verify project-specific time sheets.
