The Proxy Analyst ensures accurate and timely processing of proxy voting, shareholder communications, and corporate actions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Corporate Actions & Income setups and instructions are processed while meeting standards established by the Bank and the team's procedures.

• Support risk monitoring and data quality checks
