Overview

Goals Of The Position - Sales after Support - contributes to defining, designing, assessing, monitoring, and improving performance on Sales related activities. These can be performed as part of the training/evaluation/accreditation of the 1st level Sales agents in converting sales opportunities into profits.

Responsibilities

  • Document and validate sales processes and transactions for accuracy and commission basis.
  • Monitor sales performance of agents and teams, identifying trends, errors, and compliance issues.
  • Conduct regular evaluations on sales strategies, tools usage, customer service standards, and ethics.
  • Develop, update, and deliver training programs for new and existing sales agents (classroom, simulations, coaching, and assessments).
  • Audit sales results and provide feedback, recommendations, and retraining plans.
