Securitas Global Business Center
Our Global Commercial Business Center team is dedicated to securing strategic business opportunities through high-quality, client-centered proposals & graphic designs. The Business Center in Gurgaon consists of highly professional graphic designers, bid managers, and data analysts, providing services for the broader Securitas organization. Apart from sharing best practices and inspiration with your fellow content and data experts, the India based team will also be your local team for coaching, administrative matters and fostering a sense of community with Securitas. You will especially work closely with the Business Center Graphic Designers and Bid Managers as needed for the content you will create.

As part of our expanding Commercial team, you’ll play a critical role in developing our content and contribute to dynamic marketing and communications plans. You'll be joining a collaborative team of highly skilled professionals, with direct colleagues in India and Europe. About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Content Creator and Copywriter . The ideal candidate will excel in creating compelling and user-centric written content for websites, email campaigns, brochures, factsheets, value propositions, bid documents and a wide range of broader marketing, communications and sales initiatives.
The content will serve multiple stakeholders including Marketing , Communications , the Product / Offering Team , Sales , Bid Proposal Team and other business functions. Content will also be activated in Europe on Securitas country websites, at events, internally and across various channels.
Responsibilities
Content Writing: Write and manage high-quality copy and content for various channels, internally and externally, including website page texts, blog posts, email newsletters/campaigns, brochures, articles, value propositions, company power point presentations and other communications/ marketing/sales materials.
Compliance & Guidelines: Ensure content is appropriate for the destined audience and outcome and purpose (brand awareness / product information / conversion / sales). Strict adherence to the Securitas brand Tone of Voice is required.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Close collaboration with the Securitas teams Marketing, Product / Offering, Proposal Team, Communications and Group to ensure content aligns with business goals, branding, and marketing campaigns (remotely via Teams). Team collaboration with the Commercial Business Center for sharing of best practices and the creation of graphic designs as needed.
Graphical design: Create simple graphics to support key campaigns. Design visuals for selective client presentations and company presentations. Support graphic design team and senior copywriter in designing value propositio ns.
Required Qualifications
Experience Level: Proven experience of 3+ years as a content creator or copy writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content across digital and offline channels (websites, SOME, email, articles, brochures).
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills: A degree in English, Communications, Marketing or Journalism or other similar qualification is desirable, but experience and a strong writing portfolio is most relevant.
Strong content and copy writing: Ability to craft engaging, clear, and persuasive content that aligns with business objectives and engages audiences, adapted to channel and sales funnel stage.
Design tools: Familiarity with Canva , Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to help create simple graphic content or collaborate with design teams.
Marketing and communications: Understanding of marketing communications, SEO and Key Word principles and digital strategy.
B2B Knowledge: Experience with B2B to produce content that resonates with this segment and speaks to its audience’s needs and challenges.
Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail in both content creation and editing, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines, business goals and is error-free.
Time Management: Strong time management and prioritization skills, able to handle multiple content initiatives, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneously.
Collaboration: Strong self-motivation when working alone and collaborative when working with others, adapting to changing conditions as needed to get done what needs to get done.
Microsoft suite: Experienced in working in the Microsoft environment including Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, SharePoint etc.
AI: Experienced in utilizing AI to accelerate creative workflows, generate concepts and content.
Soft Skills:
Organized and deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Creative mindset with the ability to assess stakeholder needs and develop tailored content.
Desired additional skills:
Industry Knowledge: Experience in working with the professional security services, and/or technology industry, to produce content that resonates with these sectors and speaks to the audience’s needs and challenges.
UX/UI: Understanding of UX/UI principles to ensure content is optimized for the best user experience.
Content Management Platform: Familiarity in working with content management tools to accelerate and optimize the process of content creation, approval, and sharing.
CMS: Knowledge with working in CMS systems and understanding content best practices for websites
Working conditions
Role is based in Securitas AMEA office in India, Gurugram . Hybrid working model applies (2 days from the office per week).
