What you'll do


At Frekuent, we’re not just building payment solutions — we’re creating seamless experiences that move businesses and customers forward. As a Junior Marketing Content Creator, you will join the Marketing & Communications team and support the creation, execution, and optimization of content across multiple channels to strengthen Frekuent’s brand positioning and support business growth.


You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams, contributing to both digital and offline initiatives, with a strong focus on B2B2C communication, technology, and events.


What you'll be doing:



  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry insights (payments, mobility, technology, and events).

  • Create and manage content for Frekuent’s digital channels: website, blog, social media, newsletters, and presentations.

  • Support the definition and execution of Frekuent’s social media strategy, including content calendars, KPIs, and performance tracking.

  • Develop content such as blog posts, case studies, press releases, landing pages, and corporate materials.

  • Ensure all communications are aligned with Frekuent’s Tone of Voice, brand values, and business objectives.

  • Assist in the creation of basic visual assets (simple graphics, photo editing, short videos).

  • Support trade marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, trade fairs, and promotional materials.

  • Coordinate and help execute offline materials (brochures, roll-ups, presentations, printed assets).

  • Review, adapt, and translate content for web pages, product information, and marketing materials.

  • Collaborate in email marketing and marketing automation initiatives.

  • Use AI tools to support content creation, optimization, and ideation.


Who we’re looking for



  • 2 years of experience in a similar role within a marketing or communications team.

  • Degree or studies in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related fields.

  • Strong writing skills, ideally with experience in B2B2C or technology-related content.

  • Hands-on experience managing social media channels.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).

  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, CutCut, or similar content and editing platforms.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, calendars, and stakeholders in parallel.

  • Creative mindset with a practical, results-driven approach.

  • Comfortable working with data, metrics, and KPIs to improve content performance.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

  • Strong execution and problem-solving skills — you’re not afraid to tackle challenges head-on.

  • Takes accountability and consistently owns the outcome throughout the process.

  • Embraces feedback as an opportunity for growth.

  • Naturally proactive, always looking for ways to move projects forward.

  • Comfortable speaking up and proposing bold, creative ideas that add value.
