Junior Controls Engineer
Location: Khed Shivapur, Pune (Transport available from Shivane)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Controls Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and commissioning of control systems for advanced Friction Welding machines . This role is ideal for a technically curious engineer eager to learn industrial automation, PLCs, and LabVIEW under senior engineer mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and understand friction welding processes and machine functionality
Assist in LabVIEW screen design and basic control logic development
Support PLC programming (minor modifications and logic blocks)
Participate in software testing, debugging, and machine prove-out activities
Assist during machine commissioning, FAT, and on-site support
Help maintain control documentation, test reports, and parameter sheets
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, application, and assembly teams
Follow safety standards, coding ...
