Job Description
I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Manages all inquiries and reservations for hotel rooms, F&B, spa, entertainment, transportation, and external arrangements from casino guests, Gaming Promoter Relations, Premium Marketing hosts, and junkets through phone calls, emails, and non-voice channels like Viber.
Supports Promotions and Events campaigns by handling inbound inquiries and conducting outbound telemarketing offers.
II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Requirement
A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
A university or college diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience Requirement
Previous experience in a call center or hotel reservations is an advantage.
