Key Responsibilities:
● Supporting the procurement process, including raising purchase requests, obtaining quotations,
and preparing purchase orders.
● Maintaining accurate procurement records, including supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and
delivery schedules.
● Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve order discrepancies or delays.
● Assisting in inventory tracking and reordering of supplies based on demand forecasts.
● Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards.
● Working closely with internal teams (operations, finance, etc.) to understand procurement needs.
● Conducting basic market research to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
● Assisting in preparing reports on procurement activities and cost analysis.





Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
(preferred but not mandatory)
● 0-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field
● Basic understanding of procurement processes and inventory management
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
● Good communication and negotiation skills
● Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
● Experience with Tally.
● Basic understanding of supplier relationship management.
