Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Junior Creative Designer. The ideal candidate

will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visually compelling content

including static graphics, images, short-form videos, and reels to engage audiences across multiple

digital platforms. This role plays a key part in strengthening our brand's visual identity

and driving meaningful audience interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Content Creation

Design and deliver high-quality visual assets for social media platforms such as Instagram,

Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including:

• Graphic Design: Create static posts, infographics, banners, stories, and carousel designs

aligned with brand and campaign goals.

• Image Editing & Enhancement: Perform image retouching, color correction, cropping,

and visual manipulation while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

• Video Production & Editing: Edit and produce engaging short-form videos such as

promotional clips, explainer videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content. Shooting

video content may be required when applicable.

• Reels & Short-Form Content: Develop trendy, platform-optimized reels and short videos

using music, motion graphics, text overlays, and dynamic transitions.

• Animation & Motion Graphics: Create engaging 2D animations, motion graphics, animated

posts, GIFs, and logo animations for digital platforms. Develop animated content to

enhance storytelling, brand awareness, and campaign performance.

Creative Development

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, develop creative concepts, and

create storyboards that align with campaign objectives and brand messaging.

• Translate marketing strategies into visually engaging and compelling content.

Brand & Trend Alignment

• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms by adhering to established brand

guidelines.

• Stay updated on current social media trends, design styles, video formats, and platform best

practices to ensure fresh and relevant content.

Asset Management

• Organize, manage, and maintain a structured library of visual assets with proper version

control and easy accessibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of professional experience as a Video Editor, Graphic Designer, or in a

related role, supported by a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in industry-standard tools, including:

– Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.

– Video Editing & Animation: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or equivalent

software.

• Proven experience creating engaging and high-performing short-form video content.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content specifications, trends, and best

practices.

• Excellent eye for design, composition, color theory, and typography.

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively within a

team.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain creative concepts clearly.

• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and passion for visual storytelling.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.

• Basic photography and videography skills, including operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras.

• Working knowledge of UI/UX principles Using Figma.

• Probation Period: 3 months

• CTC Range: 1,80,000 – 3,00,000 per annum
