Junior Creative Designer

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize design, space planning, handle projects independently from inception through completion, manage project profitability with project manager
• Develop creative and strategic design solutions to fulfil and satisfy client's requirements for their commercial workspace.
• Prepare design proposals consisting of 2D layout plans, 3D representations and imagery, references, details, material specifications, sketches, illustrations and other relevant materials for presentation to clients.
• Verbally present the proposal to clients in an engaging and professional manner.
• Preparation of revised designs and specifications to meet client's budget requirements and other parameters.
• Prepare presentation packages, CAD layouts, elevations and detailed drawings with material specifications and other design documentation to ensure an efficient and timely delivery of the physical designed space to the client within the stip...
