  • Provide second-level support for Salesforce support items, focusing on areas such as automation, validation, integration (including SAP and other systems), and configuration topics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of user issues with guidance from senior specialists, ensuring a high-quality Salesforce experience for internal customers.
  • Collaborate with business and IT colleagues, architects, and team members across our global organization to help deliver sustainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Assist with root cause analysis and help identify process optimizations or technical improvements for recurring issues.
  • Contribute to the documentation of processes and the maintenance of data models within the Salesforce landscape.
