Job Title:

Compliance/Secretarial


Roles and Responsibilities

  • To ensure compliance of the provisions under the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations and RBI Directions.
  • Interpretation of provisions and filing of forms/returns within the specified timelines.
  • Coordinating board/general meeting and monitoring follow up actions.
  • To prepare and approve legal forms, agreement leases and other official documents when authorized by the board of directors.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual reports, financial disclosures, and other filings as per statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all corporate governance-related documents and communication.


Skills Required:

  • Interpretational Skills
  • Communication skills Oral and Written
  • Technical skills MS Word and Excel

Education Requirements:

A professional qualification (CS Company Secretary)

Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws for NBFCs.

Work Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in company secretarial roles, preferably within an NBFC or financial services firm.
