Hybrid work model (2 days per week from the office in Wrocław)
B2B: 80-90 zł/h netto + VAT



Job Responsibilities:



• Create and publish communication content (posts, tutorials, updates) via Viva Engage, SharePoint, and other internal platforms.

• Develop visual and written materials such as videos, Power Apps, and layout-rich documentation to support BI adoption.

• Organize training sessions and feedback loops with the user community.

• Implement governance policies for Power BI and Qlik Sense (security, compliance, access management, usage standards) based on technical team recommendations.

• Work with citizen developers to ensure adherence to guidelines and best practices.

• Act as a point of contact for governance-related inquiries and support.



Requirements:



• Design or UX skills for internal comms and training materials.

• Strong communication and content creation skills (writing, video, layout, etc.).

• Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., Viva Engage, SharePoint, Power Apps).

• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive, organized, and user-focused mindset.



Nice to Have



• Experience with Power BI and/or Qlik Sense (user or developer level).

• Experience with low-code tools like Power Apps or Power Automate.

• Experience working in data governance or compliance roles.
