We are seeking a Data Governance Analyst with 1–2 years of experience post‑college to support day‑to‑day data governance and data quality activities. This role is highly operational and will work closely with Operations teams and Data Stewards to ensure data is accurate, complete, and consistently maintained across the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys structured, detail‑oriented work, strong cross‑functional communication, and learning how data is managed in real business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data quality reviews, validations, and reconciliations, primarily using Excel (this role is ~90% Excel‑based).
- Partner closely with Operations teams and Data Stewards to review, clarify, and resolve data issues.
- Track, document, and follow up on data discrepancies, definitions, and governance rules.
