Job Description

As a Junior Data Specialist, you will support the management and processing of data to ensure accuracy and consistency across our systems. Your primary focus will be assisting with OEM-related datasets and contributing to the timely implementation of partnership agreements. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in the data field while working closely with experienced professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing and validating datasets to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform basic data quality checks and report inconsistencies.
  • Support mass data activities, including updating and implementing product data in software solutions.
  • Help with data migration tasks under guidance from senior team members.
  • Work with internal teams to gather data requirements and provide updates.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth data workflows.
  • Stay curious and learn new tools, technologies, and best practices in data management.
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to process improvements.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel essential).
  • Familiarity with SQL and databases is a plus (training will be provided).
  • No prior professional experience required; internships or academic projects are a bonus.
  • Fluent in English and Italian (verbal and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to tasks.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
