Junior Datacom / Storage / Cloud Services Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver Datacom and/or Cloud Services and/or Storage training to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals.
• Conduct theory and hands-on lab sessions, with structured mentoring from senior trainers.
• Develop strong technical, presentation, and trainer certification skills with a clear career progression path.
• Conduct training (classroom, virtual and hybrid) for partners and customers.
• Explain technical concepts clearly using diagrams, demos, and real-world use cases.
• Conduct hands-on labs and guide learners through exercises and troubleshooting.
• Prepare, maintain, and improve training materials (slides, labs, demos, assessments).
• Support exam-oriented training aligned with industry certification syllabi.
• Assess learner performance and provide structured feedback.
• Continuously upskill on networking and cloud technologies and best practices.
