Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Engineer with around 1 year
of experience to support our corporate IT infrastructure. The role involves handling end-user
support, basic server and network troubleshooting, hardware setup, and coordinating with
Vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support management of on-prem servers (Windows Server 2016/2019/2025) under senior guidance.
- Monitor systems and applications and report abnormal behavior.
