Your role

As a Junior Trader, you won’t just observe—you will learn directly by applying trading strategies under the guidance of an experienced mentor. Instead of long theory, you gain practical skills on live markets step by step.

What you will do

• Work with crypto exchanges under supervision
• Follow clear trading strategies provided by your mentor
• Learn risk management and discipline in decision-making
• Keep basic reporting of your trades and results
• Gradually move to more independent trading
