Job Description

We are looking for a full time Junior Developer who would like to grow in the exciting world of financial markets and trading. The ideal candidate will pursue a dynamic role involving web development using cutting edge technologies and innovative design; create trading applications for our website.

Web Developer Responsibilities

  • Optimising our current website front and backend
  • Building new modules whilst improving overall user experience
  • Write well‑designed, testable, efficient code using best development practices
  • Providing Level 1 support and educating our clients on how to use our software tools
  • Create and maintain software documentation
  • Maintaining, expanding, and scaling our websites
  • Collaborate with current web designers to match visual design intent

Requirements To be eligible for this role, familiarity and experience with these programming languages is required:

  • C++
  • Javascript (React highly preferable)
  • Mongo

Any of the following languages and environments may also be considered:

  • Cryptocurrency development experience
  • PHP / CSS / Ajax
  • MySQL
  • Google Cloud Integration

The Successful Candidate Will

  • A desire to learn other languages as needed
  • Adapt to a fast changing web environment
  • Have an understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, cloud computing and other best development practices.
  • Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
  • Technical diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
