Design, build, and maintain user-facing products and backend services in Python, guide teams, and improve systems. Requires a bachelor's in CS, 3+ years in software development, FastAPI is a plus.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and build user-facing products: Owning the entire process from gathering functional requirements from teams, through testing and staging, to deploying in a Python-based stack.
  2. Guide the team in making technical trade-offs: Proactively identify bottlenecks, areas for improvement, and put forth a plan to course-correct.
