  • Handle all aspects of administrative duties and provide secretarial support to the Project Manager and site team members.

  • Manage daily document control activities, including filing, tracking, maintaining records, and ensuring proper version control.

  • Receive design documentation from vendors and internal teams, store documents in the document management system, and distribute or submit them for further review or processing as required.

  • Review and circulate engineering documents internally and externally to clients, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.

  • Arrange necessary reservations and logistics for the project team, such as travel, accommodation, meetings, and site-related arrangements.

  • Perform other administrative and documentation-related tasks as assigned.
