Handle all aspects of administrative duties and provide secretarial support to the Project Manager and site team members.
Manage daily document control activities, including filing, tracking, maintaining records, and ensuring proper version control.
Receive design documentation from vendors and internal teams, store documents in the document management system, and distribute or submit them for further review or processing as required.
Review and circulate engineering documents internally and externally to clients, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
Arrange necessary reservations and logistics for the project team, such as travel, accommodation, meetings, and site-related arrangements.
Perform other administrative and documentation-related tasks as assigned.
