Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Handle inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with other departments to provide seamless customer service and solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Work towards individual and team performance goals.
Requirements:
Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
