Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with other departments to provide seamless customer service and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Work towards individual and team performance goals.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role is a plus.
