Junior Electrical Engineer

Job Summary: Junior level Electrical Engineer. Performs engineering work in the initial planning and design phases of projects. This includes engineering/design for power distribution systems, lighting systems, grounding systems, lightning protection systems, backup power supply systems, instrumentation, controls, and fire detection/alarming. Perform studies and technical activities to arrive at the most cost effective, reliable technical solution. May also support procurement and construction phases or projects with engineering knowledge and experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop conceptual design, perform calculations, and perform system studies. Develop detailed electrical drawings. Ensure conformance to applicable engineering codes and standards as well as company policies and procedures.
